Meet Elan. With a passion for horse riding and an outlook on life that inspires everyone she meets, Elan is no ordinary girl. After sustaining brain damage during birth, Elan developed spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, scoliosis of the spine and gross and fine motor development delay.
