Getting There

ICC Wales is only a few minutes from the M4, Cardiff and Bristol airports and are well connected to mainline train stations. The closest train station is Newport.
ICC Wales has its own bus stop directly outside the Convention Centre with a new hourly direct Newport Bus service (Route 9) from Newport Train Station and the city centre taking 25 minutes to reach the venue. Other Newport Bus services travel on the Chepstow Road with the closest bus stop located a five-minute walk from ICC Wales. Click here for more information on your journey.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets available. There is also an accessible toilet in the Mobiloo changing facility. This will be clearly marked on the floorplan.

Changing Places Facility

Committed to ensuring access for all, ICC Wales provides a dedicated Changing Places facility designed to meet these additional needs featuring:
– A centrally placed WC with space either side
– Adjustable height adult-sized changing bench
– Ceiling mounted hoist to enable ease of movement around the room
– Adequate space to accommodate the disabled person and up to two carers

The Mobiloo Changing Facility

The Mobiloo is equipped with top of the range specialist equipment:
– Tail Lift with a 1.6 metre platform.
– Adjustable height changing table.
– Electric hoist, allowing access to all areas of the Mobiloo.

Important hoist and sling information:
Hoist users must bring their own sling with them. This is for your own safety and convenience – and to prevent any cross-contamination between different users.
